The Puerto Rico Chapter of ACHE proudly celebrates members who exemplify outstanding leadership, service, and impact in the field of healthcare. Our awards program recognizes individuals who go above and beyond to advance the profession, uplift their communities, and support the mission of ACHE.

We believe that recognizing excellence not only inspires others but also strengthens our commitment to building a healthier future for Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Annual Awards

• Healthcare Leadership Award: Presented to a senior healthcare executive who has demonstrated visionary leadership, organizational excellence, and a commitment to improving health outcomes.
• Early Careerist Award: Recognizes an emerging leader (under 40 or within 10 years of graduation) who shows exceptional promise and dedication to the field of healthcare management.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion Award: Honors a member or organization that has made significant contributions to advancing equity and cultural competence in healthcare delivery or leadership.
• Chapter Service Award: Acknowledges a chapter member who has made outstanding contributions to Puerto Rico Chapter of ACHE through volunteering, mentoring, or supporting chapter growth.
